The cost of a topographic survey depends on:

The size of a site and its complexity – Larger or more detailed sites require more time and resources to survey.

Sites level of detail – The nature of features to be captured during field survey and represented in the final survey drawings dictates the scale of final mapping deliverables. The costs would also depend of the depth of details to be mapped as exposed in a clients requirement statement.
- Access and terrain – these poses certain challenges during surveys and need specialist equipment or survey approaches.
- Deliverables – Whether you need 2D CAD, 3D Revit models, or BIM-ready data, we customise accordingly.
Our Survey Process
This involve first contact with statement of work to be undertaken. Initial details about the work to be done will be discussed at this stage.
Upon receipt for inquiry, as simple template is shared via link to allow the client to provide key details about the work to allow initial engagement and preparation draft quotation. Some inquiries may be direct and may not need further explanations.
We undertake preliminary site visits to conduct reconnaissance and understand the requirement in relation to site conditions .We the review, amend initial survey costs and prepare lost of preliminary data to be acquired before actual field work.
The consultant at these stage have discussions with our clients to clear up any issues and obtain an engagement contract.
Once the contract is finalised. We mobilise our survey teams to plan, deploy to the visit site to carry out field data collection to completion. We take care to ensure all the data gathering meets all the requirements and report any additional needs while on site. Requite approvals are sought before field survey to ensure minimal or no interruptions.
All the survey data are carefully cleaned and processed and final drawing drafted in using various CAD drafting software, GIS software and Control data adjustment and processing software tools.
Final survey report and survey data is shared with the client in various formats suitable for our clients. Additional services are offered to our client to integrate data into their projects.
