Ernest is the founder and Managing Partner at Metricon, He has over 15 years professional experience covering  Geospatial Engineering, Land and Engineering survey, Integrated Spatial and Environmental Systems, UAV/Drone Technology solutions for aerial Mapping and Engineering applications and Technical Software Systems actively providing services ranging from consulting, projects management, technology innovations and business development, operation, partnerships and investments.

Ernest provides project leadership on several projects across these disciplines, ranging from field engineering and land survey projects, drone aerial mapping and inspection, GIS & Remote Sensing Mapping ,data analysis and  productions ,  monitoring and  instrumentation. Ernest time is split between technical work and the operational aspects of Metricon, managing the strategic planning of the business, project deliveries, innovations and partnerships.

Ernest is  has a background in Geomatics Engineering,(BSc), Environmental Information Systems(Msc), Licensed Drone/UAV Operator, Hydrographic Surveyor and Full Member of Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.
